The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a legal requirement for the largest energy companies in England, Scotland and Wales to provide funding for energy saving installations, such as loft insulation, broken boiler replacements and wall insulation.
Each of the obligated energy companies have a target amount of money to spend on providing ECO funding which is based on the number of customers they have. Green Deal First works with some of the largest energy companies to deliver ECO funded installations, to help them to achieve their targets.
Green Deal First is a fully accredited Green Deal Provider as is also ICO registered, ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 and our management system is Achilles audited and certified. Our robust systems and processes are constantly under development to ensure ongoing compliance, continuous improvement and to enable us to be ready for change.
Here at Green Deal First we offer a true partnership approach and we recognise that one size does not fit all, however we never compromise on quality. 100% of measures submitted to Green Deal First for funding are checked by our skilled administration team to ensure they’re as per the energy company requirements. We also ensure 100% of measures funded by Green Deal First are visited for a quality check based on the Ofgem Technical Monitoring questions.
Green Deal First works with companies who install ECO Energy Efficiency measures into people’s homes by providing funding towards the cost of the installation. If you’re an installer looking for a funding Partner, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be pleased to find out more about your requirements to see if we can help.
